Princess 5th Birthday {Girly Pink and Purple Doc Mcstuffins Party}

My Princess turned 5 this past Summer and we celebrated with a very girly party!

My 5 year old niece is a girly girl and is obsessed with pink, purple, and Doc Mcstuffins so choosing her theme and colors were very easy!
So there you have it the theme became "Doc McNauyauna" and the color scheme was her favorite colors Pink and Purple. I also through in a little Turquoise. My source of inspiration for the party was based off of Doc Mcstuffins flower headband and the fact that Princess loves headbands and hair bows. Throughout the entire party I knew I wanted the likeness of Doc Mcstuffins pink flower and purple glitter headband to be the main focus.

It all started with the Invitations. I wanted to finally work with Chevron print and that's where Printables by Fer came in! Printables by Fer create some printables for me and they took my vision of chevron print and flowers and made it by far better than I could envision. They did a fabulous job!

I placed purple glitter ribbon and a flower cut out on the outside of the envelope to resemble Doc's headband and for the invitations I added glitter paper and ribbon.

The guests were greeted with a custom Big Book of Boo Boos from Just a Little Favor Shop Princess fell in love with her custom Big Book of Boo Boos and she especially loved when we read back to her what each guest had signed.

The tablescape included centerpieces, glitter flower cut out confetti, pretty Doc Mcstuffins paper from Lane + May Studio, plates and napkins, and Doc Mcstuffins wooden forks.

Some of the fun activities I had out for the kids to do where "Time for your Check-up Checklist" from Stampinfanatic and Doc Mcstuffins Bingo from YummiliciousTreats

For the backdrop Printables by Fer created a lovely birthday poster that went perfect. We wanted it to look like Princess and she said it looked just like her! I just add purple chevron fabric and paper fans with glitter flowers.

The dessert table was simple but sweet and consist of gumballs, powder donuts,
cookies, macarons, and cupcakes!

I feel better French Macarons

Time for your Check-up Cookies

Princess and her best friend absolutely loved the cookies!

You could use a cuddle Cupcakes

All the sweets were scrumptious!!! The Doc Mcstuffins cake was made by Royalty Cake, the beautiful cookies that matched perfectly with the invitations and party decor were made by Jen of Sugary Sweet Cupcakes & Treats, and the macaron and cupcakes were from our local bakery.

Guests were oohing and aahing over these adorable Doc Mcstuffins wooden forks from Sugar Coated Studio.

The kids loved the very girly drink bottles and the purple chevron straws!

Guests slipped on yummy pink lemonade and mini water bottles.

Guests got to filled these cute purple chevron bags with goodies from the dessert table. I attached cupcake toppers from the printables to these purple chevron treat bags from Freakn Sweet Shop.

Princess loved her custom Doc Mcstuffins headband from It's that Cute and Birthday tutu from Pretty as a Princess.

The party was an absolute success! Everyone had a really great time! The kids played for hours  and loved all the games and activities we had! We also had all Princess favorites! Her cake was white cake with cream cheese and strawberries. The Menu included all her favorite foods we had Baked and Fried Chicken, Macaroni 'n Cheese, Green Salad, Watermelon, and Rolls. For the drinks we had Pink Lemonade and Princess loves Sweet Tea. I didn't get a picture of the goodie bags or the food but the goodie bags were awesome :-)

We made girl bags and boy bags. The girls took home Apples, Doctor kits from Target, Doc Mcstuffins Jump ropes, Doc Mcstuffins Blowouts, and Bubbles. The boys bags included the same things but instead of Doc Mcstuffins jump ropes I gave them blue balls I found at Target. Here's a little mock set that I did at my house for the goodie bags.
{sorry for the grainy picture! this is the only picture I got to
 get of the goodie bags that I took before the party. It was too much craziness
going on at the party with 18 kids running around to get a great shot of the favor table}
